Your privacy is very important to the “All That’s Food” team and Kate McGhie Pty Ltd ABN 85 106 055 850. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to advise you as to what types of information we might collect from you, how we will manage and use that information, and what options you have to check and correct information we hold concerning you.

1. What type of information will you collect from me and how will you use it?

We collect two types of information from our users. The first is anonymous, statistical information, collected through the use of so-called internet browser “cookies”. We do not make any attempt to personally identify users when we collect this type of information. Essentially, we are only interested in establishing website “traffic” patterns. We might use this information to let us know which parts of our website are most popular amongst our visitors, to help us improve our services.

The second type of information we collect is personal information. We will most likely collect this type of information when you become a Member of “All That’s Food”, or when you purchase goods or services or make contributions to our website. We only use personal information for the purpose for which you disclose it to us. Usually, this will be to enable us to:

regulate access to “Members only” sections of our website;

send out our e-mail newsletters;

attribute a contribution to you on our website (unless you have asked to remain anonymous); or

better understand our users so that we can continue to improve and tailor our website to suit your interests.

2. When will you disclose my personal information?

Situations may arise where we need to disclose your personal information to third parties. We may be required by law to disclose information, or we may need to disclose information to provide a service you have requested (for example, if you purchase goods or services from us). In the latter of those situations, we will only make a disclosure where it is necessary to fulfil a purpose for which you provided the information. Otherwise, we will not disclose any of your personal information unless you have authorised us to make the disclosure.

3. Is my personal information kept safe?

The “All That’s Food” team operates a secure data network and uses its best efforts to protect the personal information of its users. However, we caution your use in the following situations:

If you are using a public computer to access “All That’s Food”, make sure you log out when finishing your session and close the browser window. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and sign-in name.

If you post personal information on a section of our website that is publicly accessible, that information becomes available to anyone with access to the internet. Your contact details could, for example, be collected and used to send unsolicited “spam” email. Ordinarily, when you submit a contribution to us, in posting that contribution we will only identify you by your user name. However, depending on the circumstances and the purpose of your contribution, we may provide an email address so that others may contact you. If you do not wish this to occur, please let us know when you provide your contribution.

4. How is my personal information kept up-to-date?

If we hold personal information about you, we will endeavour to make sure that the information is accurate and up-to-date. However, you may request a copy of your personal information record to confirm its accuracy for yourself.
