The “All That’s Food” team welcomes your contributions in the form of questions, reviews, tips, recipes, observations or just general feedback!

4. People's Choice Voting System

The "All That's Food" team welcomes members to participate in the People's Choice Voting System.

The "All That's Food" team has developed a voting system that endeavours to give a fair reflection of member's impressions of a particular venue. Please view information about the voting system here.

The "All That's Food" team publishes the votes of it’s members on the "All That's Food" site in strict accordance with the People's Choice Voting System. The "All That's Food" team and Kate McGhie do not endorse the venues included in voting system or, make any representations as to the accuracy or reliability of the votes provided by it’s members.

5. Members Obligations

You may become a Member by registering here.

In consideration of your use of the "All That's Food" website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Members Registration Form and maintain and properly update the membership data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

5.1 Members Account, Password & Security

The "All That's Food" team will issue you with a password upon completion of the Members Registration Form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and membership account. Furthermore, you agree to immediately notify the "All That's Food" team of any unauthorised use of your password or membership account or any other breach of security. The "All That's Food" team and Kate McGhie cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from you failure to comply with this clause.

6. Special Offers and Sale Products

Members of the “All That’s Food” site may elect to receive information regarding Kate McGhie or advertiser special offers in periodic e-mail newsletters.

Neither Kate McGhie nor any member of the “All That’s Food” team make any warranties, guarantees or representations (either express or implied) regarding any goods or services on offer from such third party advertisers through the "All That's Food" website or e-mail newsletters. In the event that any of those goods or services interest you, we encourage you to contact the advertiser directly to resolve any questions you have about the goods or services.

Goods or services on offer from Kate McGhie are on offer subject to availability. If you express a desire to purchase any of those goods and services, the following terms and conditions will apply to their supply. These terms are subject to variation and we shall notify you by posting changes on the "All That's Food" site should the terms change. The terms posted on the website at the date of a supply contract will govern that supply

A contract for supply will only be created when either Kate McGhie or a member of the “All That’s Food” team has accepted your order which will take effect by confirmation in writing, via email or by fulfilling the order placed by you.

All prices shown are inclusive of GST where applicable. Delivery and insurance charges will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

If you are purchasing goods, ownership in the goods will only pass to you once we have received payment in full.

We will endeavour to provide you with the goods or services as quickly as is reasonably possible, and will confirm the delivery date of the goods or services at the time you place the order. We will not be liable for a delay that is influenced by factors beyond our control. Nor will we be liable for any goods that are lost or damaged in freight.

Neither Kate McGhie nor any member of the “All That’s Food” team makes any warranties, guarantees or representations regarding the quality or suitability of goods or services being supplied. Any warranties, conditions or rights implied in connection with the supply of goods or services by statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent that such implied warranties, conditions or rights cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, our liability for breach is limited at our discretion to the cost of replacing those goods or resupplying those services or to the cost of providing analogous goods or services.

The laws of Victoria, Australia will govern the contract for supply and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

7. All That’s Food Advertisers and Sponsors

Should we agree to publish your advertisement on the "All That's Food" website, we will use all reasonable care to ensure that the advertisement is published in the manner and format and, for the duration agreed to by you. However, you agree that neither Kate McGhie nor any member of the “All That’s Food” team will be liable for any losses resulting from a delay or failure to publish an advertisement submitted by you, where such delay or failure is caused by factors outside our reasonable control including, but not limited to equipment malfunction, internet service interruption or electricity failure.

You also agree that Kate McGhie and the “All That’s Food” team have the right to edit advertisements submitted by you if any part of those advertisements are deemed likely to cause offence to "All That’s Food" members or, are considered to be in violation of any applicable laws. We will however seek prior confirmation from you should we be required to make any modifications to the copy or graphics before proceeding to publication on the "All That's Food" website.

Without limiting the generality of the above paragraph, you agree that any warranties, conditions or rights implied in connection with the supply of this advertising service to you, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree that to the extent that such implied warranties, condition or rights cannot be excluded, restricted or, modified, our liability for breach is limited at our discretion to the cost of resupplying those goods or services or, providing analogous goods or services.

7.1 Advertisers’ and Sponsors' Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kate McGhie and the “All That’s Food” team against any actions, claims or proceedings of any kind arising out of publication of your advertising material in the form in which it was submitted or approved by you prior to publication on the “All That’s Food” website. This indemnity includes without limitation, any actions, claims or proceedings brought for breach of copyright, infringement of trademarks or breach of relevant fair trading and trade practices laws.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Recipes, articles, reviews and other content available on the “All That’s Food” website are provided for information purposes only. All reasonable attempts are made to regularly update the content. However, neither Kate McGhie nor any member of the “All That’s Food” team make any warranties, guarantees or representations either express or implied regarding the accuracy, suitability, reliability or completeness of the information contained on the "All That's Food" website. Users of this website should satisfy themselves that they have correctly interpreted and applied the information to their particular circumstances.

10. General

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria, Australia. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of this agreement which will continue in force and effect.
